

ABOUT MA
Hi! My name is Malynda, founder of MA360 Fitness also known as Malynda's Army. For over 10 years, I have worked as a CPT and Group Fitness Instructor at various commercial gyms. While leading 40 pumped-up Spin Class students up an intense hill has always been my favorite, I have also coached group boot camps, treadmill cardio classes, body pump, dance cardio, boxing, and 1 on 1 private training. All my life I have been a competitive athlete. I played soccer for the University of Central Oklahoma, and after graduating, I missed my team. The community, love, and support from my team had always made sweating so much better! So, after moving to California in 2013, I started searching for a new community that felt like home. I looked around and worked at different gyms across Los Angeles, but I eventually decided to start Malynda's Army, aka MA360 Fitness, to build that community myself.
MA360 Fitness is a place where people can come together for motivation, a killer workout, and to be a part of a platform where everybody is inspired to be healthier mentally and physically. My Army is more than just clients to me; they are family. More than anything, I am happy that I finally found my team again.
Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to take your training to a whole new level, I will be there with you step by step. Each client will receive a customized program tailored to their individual needs.
My goal as your coach is to:

During your training sessions, I will provide you with a variety of exercises to ensure you never get bored or tired of the same routine. Communication is a necessary part of the process to stay on top of your goals and your progress. I strongly encourage all of my clients to ask as many questions as they want! I hope to be a part of your fitness journey!
